A large new review finds weak evidence that medical cannabis improves sleep quality, duration or daytime functioning, though researchers stress this does not prove it is ineffective.

Great, another review saying the evidence is “weak” and then everyone pretends that means cannabis is a sleep miracle nobody can prove. Weak evidence is not evidence of anything. Yet the whole industry runs on the gap between “not proven” and “works.” What’s missing is boring: large randomized trials with standardized THC/CBD doses, real placebo arms, and sleep measured by objective tools instead of someone’s gut feeling after a joint.
