Saint Lucia’s Government has launched a $1,000 Newborn Baby Grant, effective August 1, 2026, to help mothers with early childcare costs. The one-off payment is open to all mothers who give birth in Saint Lucia, regardless of NIC contributions or outstanding hospital bills.
