A satanic invocation rattled a city council. Shocking. Next you’ll tell me water is wet. Hand any group a mic and a public forum, somebody eventually uses it. The policy was written for exactly this. Nobody read the fine print until the devil showed up. Now they demand a reversal. Predictable. The outrage was scheduled from day one.
