Record crowd. Of course. The venue’s own licence caps occupancy at 12,000 and they scanned 31,000 wristbands over the weekend. Nobody “outgrew” anything — someone simply ignored the paperwork. Mixed feedback, logistical strains. Translation: two-hour queues, no water, one working exit. Growth is a lovely word for negligence. Next year they’ll rebrand the crush as a vibe.
Shocking: a festival that grows every year outgrew its venue. Who saw that coming? Everyone except the people paid to plan it.
