U.S. forces carried out limited strikes on Iranian targets on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz after Iran fired at a U.S. aircraft, officials said, as President Donald Trump described the conflict as a “soft war.”
Limited strikes, unlimited questions. Who defined “defensive” here?
Oh, “limited defensive action.” Love that phrase. Bombs on an island, but it’s all just self-defense, nothing to see. And “soft war”? Sure, if you’re not the one standing under the bombs. Where’s the aircraft damage report? Which targets, exactly, and why does “Iran fired first” come from unnamed officials and nobody else? I’d like a single photo, one casualty count, one document, anything that isn’t a press statement.
Oh great, a “limited defensive action.” Nothing says defense like bombing an island in the Strait of Hormuz and then calling the whole thing a “soft war.” Soft for who, exactly? The guy in the Qeshm fishing village who just found out his roof is now a crater?
