Another psychological thriller with a sleek poster, two attractive leads and a sales pitch packed with buzzwords. Fine. But where’s the question nobody in that press release wants to answer: who actually wanted this movie made, beyond the sales agents hoping a Thwaites-Hannah John-Kamen pairing moves a few territories before anyone sees a frame? Nobody shows me the script, the budget, or whether anyone’s paid a writer more than a coffee.
