Ah yes, Starlink “fully restored” but capped at 161km/h, which is apparently the new definition of restored. Nothing says working connection like a speed limit imposed by a satellite. Meanwhile here in Britain we’d be queuing at the broadband helpline for three hours, being told the fault is “on our end”, and then the fibre man turns up and wants a biscuit. Honestly, at least Ukraine gets a speedometer.
