Thai authorities have revoked the citizenship of Rabbi Yosef Chaim Kantor, head of the Chabad network in Thailand, after finding he repeatedly used his American passport to travel to Australia.

Nothing says “rule of law” like a government spending months building a case against a rabbi over a passport. Kantor allegedly crossed into Australia on his American document while holding Thai citizenship, and suddenly the whole machinery of state swings into action.
